Celebrating 60 years of empowering minds and transforming education.
Since 1979, the Feuerstein Institute’s annual International Summer Workshop has grown into the celebrated Shoresh Conference, a cornerstone of our training calendar.
This year, we invite you to experience Shoresh Conference in the vibrant city of Chicago. as we proudly celebrate our 60th anniversary!

What is Shoresh
Shoresh is attended by hundreds of people every year.
Every year teachers, educators, therapists, and parents from all over the world come to the Shoresh International Workshops for a study of the Feuerstein method for the enhancement of students’ thinking and learning skills.
The participants may select the learning potential or the cognitive enrichment courses for the work with a wide range of clients – “typical” preschool and school-age children, students with special needs, young adults who require strengthening their problem-solving skills, etc.

The Feuerstein Method
The Feuerstein Method helps individuals achieve their potential by teaching them how to learn. It’s a process-oriented approach that identifies learning challenges, analyzes them, and resolves them through systematic intervention. This is done through a process called Mediated Learning Experience (MLE), which uses dynamic assessment (LPAD) and a cognitive intervention program (Feuerstein Instrumental Enrichment).
