Cognitive Key: Level 1

About the Course

The course is intended for students, educators, psychologists, clinicians, and other professionals working with young children. The course program includes: Theories of development; Introduction to the theory of mediated learning experience; Analysis of emergent cognitive functions in regular and special needs populations; Criteria of mediation; Goal and sub-goals of the clinical and educational application of the Cognitive Key program; Lesson planning and preparation of “bridging” exercises; Comprehensive instruction in the use of the following Basic-1 instruments: Organization of Dots, From Unit to Group, Orientation in Space, Detecting the Absurd 1, and Identifying Emotions.

Prerequisites

None. This course is open to all.

Certification

Participants who complete all requirements will receive the Cognitive Key Mediator Level 1 certificate.

Certificate validity: 4 years.

Renewal requires CPD participation and documentation of implementation.
