A practical online seminar that takes participants from understanding LPAD Digital to using assessment data for meaningful lesson planning in secondary school settings.

About the Course
The LPAD Digital 24 is a computer-based assessment system. The system can be used fully automatically, including tests and prerecorded mediation, or semi-automatically with mediation provided in person by the assessor. A specially designed “bot” generates suggestions for educational interventions for students with a given profile. Participants will learn how to use the digital assessment system and how to interpret the computer-generated students’ learning potential and learning profile reports. The topics of the course include:
• The concept of Learning Potential and Learning Profiles
• How to use the LPAD Digital platform
• LPAD Digital tests: Raven Matrices (Standard and Advanced), Variations of Matrices, Organizer for secondary schools, and Numerical Progressions for secondary schools.
• Structure and Analysis of LPAD Digital reports
• How to use the LPAD Digital “bot”
• From LPAD Digital report to cognitive intervention
• From LPAD Digital report to curricular teaching
Learning Materials:
The participants will receive instructions for using the LPAD Digital systems and the online system “users”.

Trainer
Dr. Yaniv Paz is a cognitive psychologist and neuroscience researcher, specializing in cognitive rehabilitation and mediated learning approaches. He holds a Ph.D. in Brain Sciences and has extensive experience in both clinical and academic settings. Dr. Paz currently serves as a lead cognitive therapist at the Feuerstein Institute, working with populations affected by trauma, neurodevelopmental challenges, and cognitive impairments. His work integrates the principles of Structural Cognitive Modifiability and the Mediated Learning Experience (MLE), developing customized intervention programs aimed at enhancing learning potential and functional independence. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Paz contributes to research on cognitive plasticity and trauma-related disorders, and presents his findings in both local and international academic forums.
Certification
The participants will receive a certificate of attendance and the license to use the LPAD Digital Program for Secondary School.
Prerequisites
The course is open to educators interested in using the LPAD Digital program to evaluate the learning potential and learning profile of their middle- and high-school students. Previous experience with the Feuerstein approach (e.g., Cognitive Enrichment program) is recommended.
